Gaza Art Print by Wadei Khaled

Gaza Art Print by Wadei Khaled: Born in 1986 in Al-Arroub Refugee Camp, Wadei Khaled discovered his love for colors as a child. At just 13, he held his first art exhibition there, launching his artistic journey. Inspired by Impressionist painters, Wadeei enjoys playing with light and shadows in his art, likening it to solving puzzles.

After studying fine arts at Al-Quds University, Wadeei focused his art on the Palestinian landscape, especially the land of Canaan. He uses his paintings to tell stories of Palestinian heritage, including a project for children that celebrates their culture.

Wadeeiโ€™s art isnโ€™t just about beauty; itโ€™s a way to express his views on social issues. He recreated “The Last Supper” to comment on current events. His ongoing series, “The Untold Stories of the Land of Canaan,” explores ancient history and modern struggles, aiming to uncover the enduring spirit of the Palestinian people.

Through his paintings, Wadeei continues to delve into the mysteries of his homeland, aiming to share its rich heritage with the world.
