Olive Tree Field from Ramallah by Salah Al-Froukh
Salah Al Froukh, a painter born and raised in Ramallah, Palestine, in 1994, is recognized as a pioneer of classical realist art. His artistic journey began at the age of eight, fueled by an admiration for the old masters. In his new works, Froukh has shifted his focus to producing landscapes of Palestine, capturing their essence through photography before transforming these images into oil on canvas. He depicts the land as he sees it, conserving its memory through paint while also highlighting the beauty of a place once untouched by occupation.
